10 MIN SIXPACK ABS WORKOUT AT HOME – no equipment
Hello guys! This is a quick and intense 10 min abs workout to get strong and toned sixpack. Your abs are going to burn a lot, but do not give up, you can take more rest if you need it. 30 sec per each exercise with no equipment needed, you have just to follow me and do this workout where ever you want. If you do that constantly you will see the result quickly, but always remember to alternate your trainings and let your muscles recover. I wish you a great workout and have fun 😉
Ciao ragazzi! Questo è un allenamento veloce e intenso di 10 minuti per avere addominali forti e tonici. Durante il workout i vostri muscoli saranno di fuoco, ma non mollate, potete prendere qualche secondo di pausa se ne avete bisogno. 30 secondi per ogni esercizio senza bisogno di attrezzatura. Dovete solo seguirmi e allenarvi in qualsiasi posto vogliate. Se lo fate con costanza vedrete i risultati velocemente, ma ricordatevi di alternare le sessioni di allenamento per lasciare ai vostri muscoli il tempo di recuperare.
